Naples Home Watch was created at the request of many real estate agencies who needed professional attention for their vacation or second homes while they are away. Home sitting service can meet some homeowners’ needs, but our complex home management service ensures the property is in excellent condition when you return to enjoy it.
We use detailed inspection lists for the indoor and outdoor care of your home. After completing the inspection we immediately report any issues and after discussion with the owner start working on corrective action.
Because every homeowner can have special needs we also offer specialized services. We are happy to arrange home cleanings, stock up food in your refrigerator, or get fresh flowers before you arrive.
While our clients are relaxing in their Naples vacation home sometimes they decide to make an improvement or remodel. We are happy to open the property for contractors.
Naples Home Watch Service is centered in Naples, Florida. Most of our clients own second homes in Naples and the Port Royal area but we also manage homes in the Marco Island area for a small additional fee.
